GP-810PS This machine is designed to handle water-thin to very viscid fluids.
Features
1.  Single head semi-auto filling machine (with Piston Pump) volume 
     range 100ml ~ 1000ml.

     1).   Filling Station :
             - One (1) set of stainless steel # 304 filling nozzle.
             - One (1) set piston pump.
             - One (1) set of filling nozzle support.
             - Filling pump driven by one of servo motor.
 
     2).   30 Liter stainless steel SUS 304 liquid tank with a level sensor.
             - Filling speed : 0 ~ 6 bottle/minute
 
     3).  Other Technical Data :
             - PLC control system with touch screen.
             - 20 job set-up can be stored in memory for easy recall.
             - Filling volume can be controlled by touch screen.
             - Machine construction covered by stainless steel sus#304.
             - Performs filling one container at one time.
             - Auto / manual, on / off switch, emergency stop button, filling time setting knob.
             - Foot pad control for filling action is available.
             - Power source : 220V, 50/60Hz, Single phase
